The Art Seminar
is a book series, which grew out of one-day panel discussions on different subjects, held in Ireland and in Chicago, 2004-2007.

Volume One: Art History versus Aesthetics

Participants included Arthur Danto, Thierry de Duve, and ten others; the book includes responses by 30 scholars.

Participans included Joel Snyder, Diarmuid Costello, Graham Smith, Margaret Iversen, and Margaret Olin; the book has contributions by Rosalind Krauss, Michael Leja, Patrick Maynard, Abigail Solomon-Godeau, Liz Wells, Geoffrey Batchen, and 20 others.
